It's a 2010 zx6 fella, the recall was done in 2012 just before I bought it
just a long shot fella but can you not put rearsets and bar risers on the blade? that way you keep the performance and get the comfort

i have put a new battery on my bike but its still dying after a few miles so have gone down the route of replacing the reg/rec,is this a easy part...
