Don't use them mate, take it off. In my experience UV filters make the image worse, i never use them, apart from my 50 as it's cheap and plasticky.

Could do mate? IIRC, canon don't have drivers for 64 bit, only 32bit, Emily`s Canon EOS wont work on her windows 7, but does in her card reader....
