When I was going to fit led rear indicators before the led strips I tried the resistors but they did nothing so had to get a led compatible relay
Am guessing you rode without the dash as haven't seen vlog for it
You're better off fitting the led compatible relay, the resistors either don't work usually or restrict the current giving a dim led
I check tyres before every ride and also use something like these...

2008 onwards blade is 199 kg kerb weight which is wet weight, it's not difficult to lose 10kgs of the blades weight as stock end can weights 6kgs...
Nice bit of kit the street fighters, photos don't do it justice saw one day and are much better in the flesh
