No the cover is the same as an 09 bike it wasn't until the 12 bikes that the belly pan cowl changed shape, basically 08-11 bikes are all the same...
That should fit an 09 bike

A little bit of silicon lube like you get with an Arai helmet helps it drop onto the seal easier
