Sounds like you have a connector loose so check them, the HESD is dissabled if the speedo sensor or loom fails in MIL state 11 hence the HESD lamp...

Why not, the pumps are so good and oil routes are so efficient you would be surprised how quick the oil gets to the top end, even when turning...
