Hello and welcome, I've read it somewhere that 04/07 gearboxs don't like quick shifters. But you do what you want n don't listen to me :rolleyes::D
On mine it's under the seat so when armed it will go off when someone removes the seat to get to the battery to try to cut the power to the alarm

The s4 green is plugged under the rear seat , the red might be the same connector. You need to remove the rear plastic section to get to it ,...
