Kind of. You can grind the lugs off the original bars to get full movement on them, but I don't know about swapping aftermarket clipons from left...
Problem is if it turns over then it's a bit more involved. Did you say it turns over, but doesn't prime? Maybe pump, pump relay, pump supply?
It's a pressure switch in the regulator that turns the pump off, then it opens to let the pump continue when the pressure in the fuel rail drops....
My money is on the fuel pump as it has a built in regulator which should stop the fuel pressure from reaching the limit of what the injectors can...
