Gray, I just used the curved mounting bracket to mount the camera at the top of my helmet.. used it heaps of times with no additional lanyard...

Well finally got round to gutting the cat last night. Wasn't as bad a job as I thought, just went for Derchef and Tom's "smash through the end"...
