SBS Sintered for me, a good all rounder as people report that dual carbon isn't so good in the wet.
If it's just the casing then would you be in a position to swap just the casing with any RR6/7 ECU off ebay or similar? Should be much easier than...
06/07 will be ok, not sure about 04/05 as they're mounted differently. Also, you would need to change the key/lock if the edu can't be programmed...
