    Front right indicator stopped working.
Indicator bulb is fine, Power to the indicator is fine (positive shows 12V-ish, negative switches between 12V-ish and 0V-ish, Rear right indicator flashes quickly, Front and Rear left indicators are fine. Right indicator light on dials does not work unless the front right indicator bulb is removed; when removed the dial light flashes quickly.

I am at a loss. Any suggestions would be really helpful! Thanks in advance!

I can see your confusion, although the first thing that stands out to me is that you say the positive lead reads 12v, but the negative lead switches between 0-12v. Shouldn't is be the positive lead that does the switching so it's not live all the time?

I am wondering if there might be a pinched wire somewhere around the head stem. Generally, when one bulb flashes quicker than the other, it signifies a blown bulb (which you've discounted) or a short in the wiring.

I think Stuart's computer might be 'on the blink' too!
