Yes their is muscle tone, you got two types of muscle fibres fast twitch and slow twitch. When body building you bulk with high weight and lower reps then when cutting for a comp you do light weight but high reps to tone and shape the muscle!
You stuck with it - well done mate - that's an awesome result for the 1st week. You're over the tough bit now, so should be plain sailing from here on out!

30 mins on the exercise bike 19.6KM. Some sort of white fish, new pots and green beans for T, bored but worth it. Hopefully.
seem to be losing 4 lb a week up to 37 lb gone with 32 to go. Getting leathers and boots on so much more easier bending own not nearly so bad as it was due to belly getting the way. Was told today i looked like i had aids !
