    Yes their is muscle tone, you got two types of muscle fibres fast twitch and slow twitch. When body building you bulk with high weight and lower reps then when cutting for a comp you do light weight but high reps to tone and shape the muscle!

    lost 13.68 in pounds in the first week on Vino's regime

    You stuck with it - well done mate - that's an awesome result for the 1st week. You're over the tough bit now, so should be plain sailing from here on out!

    I'm with Jamie, share! Have been going to the gym, but not getting on the scales. Got on yesterday another half a stone off!! Yippee!

    But it's still a 2lb loss, rather than a gain.

    You'll have a better week, next week - keep going, you're doing really well chap

    Tis hard work this losing weight malarky!!

    I've gone from 17.1 to 15.12 in about a month

    Would live to have 6 Stella and a Indian tonight but no it's tuna fish on brown again :-/

    Why the rush Bats take it a bit easy set your stall out for xmas and have your curry (its not a crime)

    30 mins on the exercise bike 19.6KM. Some sort of white fish, new pots and green beans for T, bored but worth it. Hopefully.

    :)weighed again today and have lost another 4 lb making 33 lb in all so far. Thanks for the link Vino:)

    seem to be losing 4 lb a week up to 37 lb gone with 32 to go. Getting leathers and boots on so much more easier bending own not nearly so bad as it was due to belly getting the way. Was told today i looked like i had aids !
