    Hi All.

I need to store my 2004 fireblade for 2 years.
My problem is that i have lost all my belongings but managed to hold on to the bike.
The situation is so dire that i can't even afford a tank of fuel.

Things will get better but only after 2 years as i have to re establish myself taking on work abroad.

    My question.
How can i store the bike without starting it so it will obtain the least amount of damage.

Will the engine cease up, rubbers dry out.

PM sent - when you repost it would be worth including where the bike will be stored as in geographically and if inside/outside garage/shed etc

PM received thanks. My internet was off yesterday we had a major power failure so could not reply.
    Thanks.
The Bike will be under a basically permanently shaded carport however not in a garage, with a cover over the bike. I even at some old curtains to let it cover the whole bike properly.
Weather is more inlands, not coastal humidity, so climate relatively stable. This is in JHB south africa. However the bike is not inside a garage,
