    Hi All,

I've read somewhere that the standard spring rate of the front forks is 0.88 kg/mm (8.6 N/mm), is this correct?
And for the 2006-07 model it was changed to 1 kg/mm (9.8 N/mm).

I would like to maybe go for a slightly stiffer front spring as I'm at full preload at the front get the correct travel position with rider.

Or is there a way to increase preload on standard forks? spacers?

What fork spring rate do people run?

    Cheers,
    Ben

Parkitt changed my RR6 fork springs to 9.5Nm for my rider weight of around 14 stone if that helps.
