Anyone got any videos or tips on fitting passenger pegs to 2008 1000rr. Went to fit mine today and looks like it could be a big job.
Seen one video online where where the guy has the petrol tank off. Surely there's an easier way.

There is good instruction about removing the sub frame. I used this:

As 'Vole' says, up to one and a half hours for a first-timer. Pain in the ass, but well worth it. Even if you're not using street hooks, the disassemble and assemble is the same. Beware though, that ABS models are a tad different in that the battery is sited differently, and there is less working room above the rear wheel.

Took the pegs off my 9, easy enough job if you follow the instructions found on the forum and you tube as suggested allow a couple of hours to do the job.

I did mine. Took 40minutes . Just follow the vids. Its easy enough it'd just a lot of work to remove them when you consider another bike would take 2 mins . 20180810_203112-3024x2268.jpg
