Good price. I wonder why there's no interest? Perhaps the paint scheme is not to others' liking. I am sure a 5,000 pound Repsol or tri-colour would have been snapped up.

Spoke with the dealer who bought my RR7 from me. He said he coyld have sold it 4 times and even wondered if he had sold it too cheap. However whilst he said the 06/07s sold quickly the 08+ models seemed to hang around a long time. No idea why though.

Good luck to OP hope it sells soon, I liked that colour scheme.

Are you pricing that compared with the 2012 models mate? As it looks like the last of the 2011 models with a custom paint job from the dealer?

No, it's priced as last of the 2011. Which, by all accounts is a bloody good price.

I was confused also, because the headline advertisement says '2012'.

Nevertheless, as I've previously commented, it is a very good price, but alas, (and with the greatest respect) not one of the most sought after Blades. At £4600, I think that would run very close to a dealer's p/x price, given that many 2011s are selling for the 6990 to 7300 mark. I'm sure a Ducati dealer would offer a reasonable price.

Fair enough! Just confused as to why it hasn’t sold?

I was toying (very briefly) of putting mine completely back to standard, selling the fancy bits and trading it in for a second hand HP4. The dealer offered 5k trade in for my 2011 repsol.

Whilst it might seem a kick in the guts, that's not a bad price for a dealer. We do expect to sacrifice a lot for the simplicity of a dealer 'trade' at the expense of frigging around with eBay, wanna be 'test riders' and the like.

I fully agree with selling the good bits separately because no dealer will ever recompense us for the extras:rolleyes:, BUT they will promote the heck out of them to the potential buyer!! I will be right at the coal face sometime next year because it will be my 2011 that will be p/x for the next Honda flagship!!

I didn’t think it was too bad as I paid £5k for it with the fancy bits. Could prob get 3-4k for all the parts secondhand.

Would just need to source some standard headers (missed some on eBay for £20 :() and a standard rear shock. Got all the other bits. Their HP4 was a bit overpriced though and I like the Blade :). Plus I’m a hoarder and don’t like selling bikes.
