Does any one have information on the Showa BPF...err Forks.

I've got a 2012 fireblade and the manual doesn't give very much info, neither does a search in this forum or the rest of the internet.

I'd like to know things such as number of turns from max to min for compression and rebound adjustment screws , preload adjustments etc.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've backed mine all off somewhat from standard way to hard for the road. All nice and plush now.

why cant you work out jhow many turns there are for yourself?

make a note of your settings (as in count turns to fully open/close).then just count clicks/turns from 1 extreme to the other,it isn''t rocket science.

then put back to your original settings after your done
