    Interesting bike...I thought those RCV paint job blades were all based on standard bikes, but that looks like an SP. Any ideas Lozzy ?

    It's a limited edition paint job on a SP for sale at Pagetts...I really like it!

    Don't want to pay that price Graeme. My plan is to pick a mint one up when I see it second hand in a year or so. Might pop up & have a look at in the flesh...the paintwork looks stunning in the pics

    They come up for sale now and then as a std bike, not SP. I'm sure Vertu or Dobles had them as well. It's just a Dream Machine or similar paintjob. But I do like the colour scheme !

    I just really fancy an SP tho before I slide into old age & scooter :confused: :D
    & that colour scheme has really grabbed me

    Interesting how they've coloured the bottom of the swingarm to stop it looking 'slabby'.

    Apart from the different bodywork, is there any tech gurus out there who could give a brief explanation on any difference from last years bike? not just the paint job lol.

    CBR1000RR Fireblade SP2

    The SP2 is a road legal homologation special using the Fireblade SP as a base - 141kW peak power, 114Nm torque, Marchesini wheels with optional HRC Sport Race or Full Race kits.
