A little squeaking coming from the front end??

    Hi folks,

    I have noticed over the past day or so i have got a little squeak coming from the front end, i can hear it at low speeds around town, it's not there all of the time but it's there!! Any ideas?

    Well i've whipped the front wheel off and the bearings seem to be a little rough, so time to change the wheel bearings, this should solve it i reckon?

    Could be, have you recently changed break pads ? If you have did you put a bit of copper slip or similar on the back ? As that can cause a squeak, bearings normally grumble rather than a squeak ?

    Checked that first buddy, but after further inspection the bearings are not running smooth at at all, so new bearings going in on Tuesday :)
