If anybody can get any business cards done or any other form of advertising for the site i would be happy to hand them out to any blade owners that are at any of the local bike nights that i attend. Just an idea to try and help the site grow a little further maybe a few others could do the same around their area
It's been suggested loads mate I honk the best option is a A4 sheet of cards that members an download , cut out and dish out . Just need somebody to design the cards Nothing complicated Just forum logo , web address and a slogan Come fellas . Where are the designers among us ?
Yeh that sounds like a good idea. im sure some of the computer wizz's amongst us will have no problem in designing 1 for us all to dish out
sorry i should have searched properly before posting. i dont see why this hasnt taken off yet as its such a simple idea. i would design some myself but i dont have microsoft word or a printer. i might try tonight using an online site and post it up to see what you all think
Good effort fez! I did offer to get some printed as lisas aunties fella does this, but he's turne out to be a prize cock so woulnt even ask him for a bucket of water if I was on fire! Do think something should be sorted though, my bro had loads of cards done recently and it's peanuts! Plus an a4 printable sheet can be used by all for nothing. All we need is a design...
Nothing wrong with us all working towards the same thing mate. I just thought on the idea of a card with the 1000rr logo with my user name i use on here. And a simple phrase or something. I did have a little play with publisher a while back, I'm somewhat a technophobe when it comes to computers. We will keep bringing the subject up, you never know. One day
I think a base design is what we need and each member should be able to have their name on the cards for referals ect. they are peanuts to do its just when you add a logo the price goes up
Just had a go at doing a business card. tried to copy a picture of it but it wouldnt let me but here is what i had on it 1000RR.co.uk The UK's Number One CBR1000RR Forum A great place full of members discounts, helpful advice and general banter from members throughout the UK You were invited by fez.57 www.1000RR.co.uk ..... what do you think to this. it is just a first attempt and probably needs some tweeking but im quite happy with it
We just need a simple A4 sheet on here that we can download as and when we need them to cut out and keep in your storage compartments .. I was hoping Ken would design a sheet but ill have a go when i get 5 .. Got some templates in Pages i can use
Good start mate. Lets hope some of the big IT boys jump on this. I've also had a look for having my user name alongside the 1000rr.co. Logo on my bikes screen. As said previously. Just wants to be discreet
i agree this probably is the easiest option as you will easily get 10+ on a single A4 sheet. i wish i had microsoft word as i would have done 1 tonight
http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/free-bu.../2012+7:31:22+PM&GPS=2387906909&GNF=0&GPLSID= Somebody create a template and each person on here orders there free 250?? You could even put your username on as referer
Two Minutes on Vista Print Ok The free offer isn't free ... it would be 12 for 250 of these cards! But for the money the guys put in i'm sure a few of use would be happy paying that ... plus theres all the more chance of your free goodies!!
