aftermarket pivot bolt fitting .

    Hi I have fitted some giamoto rearsets on , but I got home yesterday and the pivot bolt had come loose , and as you know if you over tighten and the pedal doesn't move , and there is no torque setting for the pivot bolt , I looked at the oem ones and there is a wave washer on the bolt but this washer wont fit the giamoto pedal , and I cant find one on the interenet , so any help would be great . thanks

    Never seen the Giamoto item, but if it's a steel fixing into aluminum then the max torque is dependent on the diameter. These figures are available on net.
    Personally, I'd practice fitting sufficient to get the right clearance for the movement required, then fix with a thread locking fluid.
