Just an idea at the moment but if you fancied something different to a sports bike what would you consider.

My Short list reads (in no particular order) :

    Trimuph S3R
    KTM Superduke 990R
    Husqvarne Nuda 900R

Erm, not sure I like the idea. But in the spirit of participation:

    Aprilia Tuono V4 APRC
    KTM Superduke 990R
    Triumph Speed Triple R

I'm totally with you mate and I m just toying with the idea to be honest.

At the moment I have 3 sportsbikes which seems kind of stupid as I open the garage and only ever want to take the Blade.

Just thinking something a little different could be good for some bumpy B road blasting which would keep the speeds sensible and as an added bonus the police rarely hang out on the B roads that I m thinking of playing on so a win win.

would be a tuono v4 or the new 1200 dorsoduro looks good too. if i wanted a sensible option probably cb1000r in tri colour. had a early tuono which was mad! also had a couple of bandit 12,s and a gsx1400 but just found them to dated and a bit dull.

Well I already have it, a Honda CB1300 looks like a real bike (I am very old) will do most things well.

I test rode a superduke R, Apart from the plank of wood for a seat its a nice bike. I wouldnt say no. The brakes are bloody awesome. Almost caught me out and I ended up doing a stoppie pulling up to a set of traffic lights lol.

I had an MV Brutale 910 and it was an awesome bike. I hear the latest ones are even nicer. They have great acceleration, high spec and sound incredible. The KTM Superduke is a great bike though. I haven't tried the Triumphs but loads of people rate them.

I was actually planning and looking to buy one when I got my blade. (cb1000r) I call it the space mouse. If you look at the headlight it looks like a futureistic aliean mouse lol.

I didnt get one because for a decent one I would have had to find another £800 to £1000 that i didnt have. Will be my next bike though.

I very nearly purchased a CB1000R around 6 months ago.
Decided against it in the end as the level of equipment was low for the price.
I would still like one though!

At the moment it would have to be the Diavel. Most people agree its a great bike but most of all it'd make me feel like Judge Dredd.
