For me it would be the ducati multistrada for long tours, and a supermoto for shits n giggles. Really liked the new husky supermoto at the NEC.

same here steve, had an 07 hrc blade that i traded on the new repsol but very nearly done a u turn where i would of kept the old blade and gone for a new cb as well. as soon as the pocket allows will have one as well as keeping the cbr. i really like them.

The Street Triple i test rode had the worse off-on throttle delay of any bike ive ever ridden. It was a shame since it ruined an otherwise good (but overpriced) bike.

    Id say

street trip R cracking little bikes and those 675 motors fly

an original norton 750 commando 72' or a 850 either fitted with vernier isiolastics + a ellecy ignition might as well have the original hey :p

rd 350 lc 81/82' (one with tie bars under the engine and the thicker exhaust flanges + 0 stamped on inside of exhaust hanger 4L0 frame and engine numbers)

or for even more classic cool factor and cheap for what they are a gsx 1100 82' ish silky smooth motors

Ducati SF 1098s or new 848 version with TC or maybe the hypermotard evo Sp for pure unadulterated hooning about :)

I've already got a KTM 640SM, but would like a Super Duke R.
Also, an Aprilia SXV550 or 450

I fancy something for b road blasting which the Blade is not the best at IMO.

I want something light and flickable and good funny the ride side of 70-80 mph.

Thinking KTM 690 SMC or possibly the 990R Superduke but not sure the Superduke would be any more suited to bumpy back lanes than the Blade to be honest.

my mate leaves me on bumpy roads on the superduke, it is so easy to ride and it turns you into a hooligan in 100m of riding (not sure if thats a good thing ?). It difinately soaks up more bumps than you would expect

It makes more sense than the blade on the road, but trackday the blade is just amazing so if you have one bike its a hard choice, if I had two it would be blade and superduke :)

actually i would - love my sports bike...but you know what i mean, can proper hoon it on one and can mug off many a sportbike rider.

as for the wheelies....i here they are great for that too! ha ha
