I brought it as a knackered GP150, imported from India.

I've kept the small bloke motor as my 10 YO daughter is going pillion next summer.

The motor is having an Imola 186cc Nicasil reed valve kit fitted with a skimmed head and ported cases. It's got a 60mm cut and welded race crank, race clutch, lightened flywheel, 30mm powerjet dell'orto, quick action throttle and NK race sytem.

The electrics have been uprated to 12V with a mix of Vespa and Ducati bits.

Uprated progressive springs and external dampers sort the front end and there's a Yamaha R1 shock on the rear.

Hydraulic disc brake on the front with goodrich line and Brembo pads.

The tuner reckons between 23 and 27 BHP once jetted, should be good for 80-85mph top end. That's plenty on 10" wheels for me!!!!

It was either spend money on it or be happy with 45mph and having no brakes and struggling to get it around corners
