am i being dumb here ??

    Bought myself a bike tec headstock stand to store the bike on over the winter please see pics

    as you can see it folds up, does it rely purely on the weight of the bike to keep it in place ? whats to stop it tipping forwards or backwards, I have visions of it collapsing forward (pic2) or am I just being dumb ?

    the back wheel will be on a track stand on bobbins

    Nah you will be OK bud ... put the bike on the rear stand first then the front .

    ps you need to turn the headstock part over so it points up ...
