Interesting. According to @Lozzy 's theory, your wife must be a hairdresser!

In reality though, Mrs Jez is a woman of intelligence and appreciates style, practicality, and envious gazes from the public!!:)

Noooo......the C1 is a Male hairdressers car....usually called Tristan

I'm not sure what the women drivers of them are o_O...other than they seem to be able to steer with their knees as their hands are usually filled with a mobile and a lippy

    Wrong!

The more bikes one has the cheaper the insurance :). £66 for the year for my 954:(.

That's less than @bazzashadow spent on his whole BSA:D

    Just consulted my Insurance Spreadsheet.

I pay £1303.41 per annum for my car and 8 bikes. Considering most of these are 1,000cc bikes and one is a 2018 SP2 (which some companies will not even insure) I am sure I have got the best deal possible. I am plagued by having only recently returned to motorcycling after a 13 year absence resulting in my having to commence with no No Claims Discount. On that basis, next year's premium should be even less.;)

Fair enough. A man can't be too careful on this forum. I have to protect my peculiarities!:D

Okay, the spreadsheet. I might be a tad over organised, but I find it useful when dates of MoTs and insurance renewals are scattered all over the year. That is one reason why I was/am so keen to collate as much insurance under one umbrella as possible;).

Here is my simple, yet effective, table:

    E9DA0758-BF9D-4B04-A89F-A8FA8BD05D0D.png Try this nigel,
    It’s much easier
Just put your ref in and it lets you know when the tax and mot are due, then fill in your insurance and it will do the same;)
I have mine and my sons on it

I use Vehicle Check, just at the bottom of the screen. It's one of the few apps where I paid for the full version.

DVLA offer a free service via email...a month before MoT/TAX expire you get a note via email as a reminder.

I did use this and it was fine for one or two bikes.

With a harem under my roof (apologies, I do not know the collective noun for a group of bikes) and various dates of renewals, I can look at my chart at any time - not just the month before - and know when a particular fee will need paying.;)

So, how much of our personal info is then made available to all and sundry?

Some of these apps are so much of a personal invasion just like the 'Smart Meters' being touted by electricity suppliers. Sometimes we have to look at our situations and take control of it ourselves. Just saying, Bazz.;)
