Apologies you are right it doesn't say this specifically in the manual though it does say the battery must be in good condition. It does say not to have the charger connected whilst in troubleshooting and diagnostics though.
Haha, it's a bit late telling you that little tid bit of information considering the bleeding processes are in the previous chapter! Although I can see from that statement tho that the outside voltage fault we found first could have been registered by the ECU but.........I would expect if the ECU has been given a code number for the fault tho Honda know the ECU would survive this type of fault otherwise why code it in?
