Hello and welcome to the Forum mate. Think you can do away with the Lambda sensor with an O2 eliminator or I can weld a thread for a Lambda sensor onto your link pipe??? Don't take my word for it though as I have a 919 RRW????
Rob , can you delete the other thread please???

Hi.. Just get a £20.00 eliminator from ebay. all it is is a resister that gives the bike the same reading your sensor would

The cheap ones mean you have to take the connector apart and mess about with the wires and terminals so for the sake of an extra £6 I would recommend the proper dynojet one.

The DJ one can be fitted without removing any bodywork too but the eBay one would need alot of access to it to modify the plug etc

Is yours a US version? If it's a uk one they should sell you one. I bought one from them and just gave them the serial number on the back of the unit. I bought my PCV used and the lad jipped me on the O2 eliminator sonhad to buy my own.

No mate I have a uk power commander that came with an eliminator..

When i changed my exhaust originally i did not have a power commander so i coundnt get an eliminator to get my FI light off so had to buy an bay 1

The guy who is asking i believe is in the same situation. no power commander so he might have a job getting an eliminator

I didn't think you will benefit from one without a power commander fitted. Could be wrong though.

Did your new exhaust not have a bung to keep the OE lambda sensor fitted?

No the first exhaust i bought did not have a hole. American bikes don't have sensors and it was an american can.
As soon as disconnected the sensor the FI light came on. The guy who started the thread is gonna have the same problem

Th benefit with out a power commander is just that it stops the FI light coming on
