    I bought this last year as a project, it's the bike Marco Pantani won the Tour de France and Giro d'italia in the same year 21 years ago (all be it not the carbon fork model) it's had new cables throughout, new Vittoria open Corsa tyres, new brake levers, bar tape, ITM big one stem, Selle Italia leather saddle, Shimano Dura ace chain set and front and rear derailleur. Shimano Ultegra brakes, Mavic Open Pro wheels.

    Marco Pantanis bike would have had Campagnolo but this came with shimano so I wasn't about to replace Dura ace!

    Rare old bike this and if you're a fan of the Pirate, it's a must for collectors. PM for details ;)

    Nice bike went out this morning and 25miles in got the dreaded puncture....looking forward to getting a few miles in this wk then get home and hopefully get the sp out..although rain Monday pm ....I'm happy with my pedal machine good luck with the sale...

    If you're happy with some spotty 18 year old pot head Virgin setting your bike up for you then Halfords is the place ;):D
