Check kill switch to make sure no water in there. Side stand and clutch switch also for continuity.

You can also put power direct to pump to ensure the pump is not at fault

    What year of bike?

This happened to my 2004 Blade a few months back and it turned out to be my stator, it had burnt out meaning the battery wasn't getting any charge.

This was a problem on the 2004-2005 bikes.

Alright OK, how many miles has the bike done? Mine went around the 16,000 miles mark.

Have you checked the kill switch? Mine failed 2 days after picking it up and was replaced by the shop.

I would open it up and check it for connectivity, if you can bridge the connections and see if the fuel pump primes.

Pity you couldn't pick up another kill switch and try it. Mine actually turned out to be a break in the wiring and they are just a plug in job after you strip back the fairing to get to the connector. Gotta be worth a try.
