Hi all, been lurking a while waiting to recover from surgery and counting the days, now exactly one year since I had to stop riding. Anyway, chuffed to say I now feel well enough so new 'blade ordered, hmc colours and hope to take delivery end of this week.

    Cheers all, happy riding.

Yeah and it will probably be 13k+

Great deals on new blades at the moment and they're still an awesome bike. My rough plan is to keep mine 2 years then change for a new 2012/13 model when the prices drop a bit

I'm sure you will love the bike. They're am excellent piece of kit

all hush hush at the moment. MCN said there inside info stated the looks will largely remain the same but expect revised side fairing, different head lights and a smaller exhaust. The main change is that it wail have Traction control and other electrical aids.No pics out yet thou

So stick with a cheap 2011 and stick bazzaz TC + QS on it and it will be more or less the same but lighter and cheaper!

Well until they actually announce a new model who knows what it will be like... My fingers are crossed it wont look to different to mine. my bike is only 3 months old so im a bit gutted it wont be current for long but i could not have waited nearly a year for the latest model.

If it comes out and it is that nice i will trade up but if its not a major change then yeah ill go with a Bazzaz and stick with what i got

Sorry to upset some peeps but I have a RR5 roady and an RR7 track toy. Didn't get the RR8 cos just don't like the look.
Hoping the new shape will be different or i'll be keeping bumble bee a bit longer.

Hi and welcome to the forums

Thanks mate, love the repsol but as I'm such a tart I need the bike to match my leathers. Popped in to my dealer today, bike should be ready for Saturday, Yoshi r77, Pazzos, GBRacing engine covers, Honda higher screen, seat cowl, R&G tailtidy and crash bungs, rear footpegs removed, hope the wife never reads this lol. Cannot wait.

    Enjoy your new bike!
