After 3 faultless years of ownership sadly the blade has gone.I found I just was not using the blades performance and at my age it was getting a bit uncomfortable.was sad to see it go but happy with new bike

    Chris,
    Huh? Your age? You're still a kid!!:D

Anyway, for what year bike are the Abba fittings for? I'm after 04-05.:)

Its like night and day or a 600 to a 1000 performance wise.the duc only has 115bhp ish,hit the rev limiter the first day in first gear only ever got near that on the blade at the I.o.m.and the duc is down on the rev limit aswell but the quick shifter up and down helps so does the ohlins.
But as I drive for a living some thing that needs pushing to get to silly speeds is good for me.

    Very nice.

I assume it's comfier than the Blade then?

I nearly test rode one before I bought the Blade, but I wanted a bit more poke. Something not a Panagale, putting out around 130/140bhp would have been spot on.

For me its fast enough for the road yes you might have to use a extra gear but the quick shifter is brilliant.and although it does not look it is so comfy thanks to the raised bars and soft seat
