Are the open pit lanes days only for experienced riders? I.e. Not a good idea if you’ve not been there before?

Hot here but cooling breeze is keeping it nice, it's a FE chrono day

Prefer No limits but will be Interesting to see my laps time, the one good thing that FE does

Apparently you have to email them now to ask for your times as they don’t routinely send them all out anymore.

Think the sign near transponder desk said there was a £5 charge too for lap times, bit of a rip off.

Yes indeed, I was told to phone the office tomorrow and they will email them to you for a small fee  they used to send them free a few years ago I believe, prefer No limits myself though ;)

Yeah I’ve done them before and they emailed them out a week later. I’ve only ever done FE whats better about the no limits days? Do you get a full session :), session timer on my dash said my final session was only 15 mins and 2-3 of that was idling in the queue. Supposed to get 20.

7 full 20 min sessions, not 6 like we had today, ok no chrono so groups can be a hit and miss, but it's patrolled fairly well and tuition, should you want it, is free

Do No Limits ever discount theirs? All their Donington noisy days are nearly £180 but this FE one was £119 on their circuit saver thing.

Yes good point, I did pay 119 myself, do they have a full 7X 20 mins sessions when you pay full price then? As they are not all circuit savers are they ;)

Not sure as same day was listed as a saver and also at normal price, I assume they only have so many places at the cheaper rate, some people would have paid full whack today.

not only that, but the circuit saver price increases if you don't book early enough. I couldn't go due to work, but I had my eye on the price just in case.

Yeah they seem to run full price and circuit saver at same time? If you get the early saver (£115) then 6x 20 min sessions doesn't seem to bad for donny, but gotta love cadwell £109 for 7X 20 min sessions, or OPL seem good value

Yeah there’s another one in August currently on at £119 at Donington but don’t think I can make that one :(.
