Done. Even though I rarely travel to London, you are right, Hitch, that we should all rally to this. Whether we ride a Blade or a Beatup, our omissions are frig all, AND we are already PREVENTING congestion by not driving a car or lorry. What is the friggin' relevance if I/We are hetero, homo, or transgender when we're driving a vehicle? Will our emissions be different for each case? Just imagine if a Penalty Notice went to court: "I apologise Your Honour. I just came out of the closet last week - I had no idea my emissions would escalate so much!" The same applies to religion; what does it matter if we're Christian of Buddhist? This is just a clear-cut example of continued collection gathering!! Rant over.
