On wednesday I set off to Wales on a 4 day trip with the girlfriend taking a non direct but hopefully fun route from Lancashire. I headed over Saddleworth Moor and then down to Buxton to do the Cat and Fiddle. Since the last time I did this run last year the average speed camers have been changed to rear facing ones so it was a steady ride and to top it off when i got to the top hungry and much need for a piss the pub was shut and has been for a while it seems. Has the shutting of the pub got anything to do with a reduction in the number of bikes going up there. Never saw a bike this time. wales was good though and I rode some very nice roads too. Will be going back again thats for sure.
