cheers for that al but there is a place a little closer in malton that comes very highly recommended so im going to give them a go. Its not actually rim tape mate its just 4 decals per wheel made by a local vinyl shop, very cheap and i think looks much better than rim tape, there was a 2012 rear shock on ebay for 175 not long ago but im moving house next week and didnt have the extra pennies other wise i would have had it and yeh the hm shifter has made a big differance, not really needed but bloody good fun. no i dont have heated grips but i think i needed them the other day when i went out
