I've just been informed I need to pay £28 to parcelforce for a "customs handling fee" for some "parts" I got from the US Whilst I am happy to pay the amount I cant figure out what it's for - Is it just a flat rate that parcel force charge for handling international goods? There was no import duty applied to the delivery..... Just curious - their website is not 100% clear - perhaps it's still the magners from the weekend - clouding my judgement!!!
