    Found this extra? Connection the other day after taking the seat off. It doesn't look like standard cable - so im wondering what or why this is there :-/ - anyone else have this?

    That's not standard. Do you have a cigarette type connector elsewhere on your bike? Something for voice comms or sat nav etc.?

    Yeah, that's an inline fuse that's been added for some reason. If you follow the wire you'll find out what...

    Cheap alarm fitted?
    Or some kind of trickle charger connection somewhere

    Nice one all, the battery died on me the other day hence taking the seat off!

    I'll trace it back later and let you know what I find
