anybody used them? i just got myself a brand new set for a very small price. next trackday at rockingham on 14 march. looking forward to see how they perform
If I remember correctly the 209's were a road tyre from a few years back, I had them on my Buell they were resonably grippy but I never used them on track. My advise would be to take it real easy get them warm and gradually push a bit harder, they are an old tyre so the rubber may not be as good as it was and I'm not shure if they were ever intended as a track day tyre. They will probably be fine just take your time getting the feel for them
They probably were as they have the GP suffix ( been 6 years since I had a set) but even so they are a good few years old now, take it steady at first and look at how they wear carefully.
