    Yes I have had my elbow down, unfortunately I also got my shoulder, hip and face down too :(

    I thought I was close at points yesterday it's all about getting your head down and around the screen bike is probably at same lean angle but putting top of body towards floor . Ill see if Peter wileman got any pics probably a foot off lol

    yes on my left on the duke.nowhere near it in the blade,
    near lost it trying.maybe get a 55 profile and try again, its all about
    the hanging off...if you can get the knee down you can get the elbow.
