Been admitted twice to hospital in a fortnight because of my back going into spasm (agony) in both cases the Paramedics gave me Entonox anyone know if its possible to buy heard they use it in icecream manufacture so welcome to Dave"s ice cream emporium. Just seems to make sense to keep a bottle at home as im fine after the muscles relax.

Entonox is just a mix of fresh air and nitrous oxide... all the kids these days are in to nitrous oxide (that's why you see thousands of little silver gas bottles at festivals/parties etc...)

If you want it that bad, buy some of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cream-Charg...1443603440&sr=8-3&keywords=liss+cream+whipper
Then carefully discharge into a balloon, and inhale from the balloon.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not encouraging you to do this, just explaining the process.
