Hi all, New to the forum and blade ownership. Want to make a few modifications to my fairly standard 08 blade, first is an exhaust as she’s way too quiet as standard! Not looking for expensive full systems (yet) but a decent end can. Seen some arrow GP’s occasionally on eBay, pipewerx etc. £100-£200 roughly
First, try disconnecting the cable to the servo that keeps the big exhaust pipe hole closed below 4,000rpm. It’s dead simple, takes 5 minutes and is completely free and totally reversible. Makes quite a difference to the sound level. I’ve been running mine like that for over 10 years
depending on how loud the arrow gp with a baffle is I might be interested, not sure if it will pass noise testing at snetterton. Thinking of my first track day soon
i bought mine espicially for track days mate, sounds nice but not mental, ran mine without a baffle at mallory and oulton no problem
