Depends which ones you mean, but there are a few overflows/drains/breathers for coolant, fuel tank, airbox etc

feed left and right in the tops of each side fairing, is it an emission device or something that cuts down intake noise ?

im guessing they are vacuum lines. im replacing the fairings and wish to know if i can plug these ?

If its the ones that go to the top of each air intake tube they are vacuum lines that come from the IDC Soleniod in the nose cone. I think they control the intake air duct valve diaphragm. Not 100% sure but think it just opens/closes the resonance chambers on the bottom of each air intake.

All this stuff has been removed from mine and the resonance chambers removed and the holes blocked up. I didn't do it so don't know if you have to do anything else too.
