Well thank you one and all for your kind words...took the bike out this afternoon for a quick 50 miles or so.. The front end feel is more secure, have to take the bike back yet and get both ends fine tuned, but its nearly there Had a bit of a panic on when I first set off...couldn't get any gears above 3rd...then when I did it got stuck in top, at a roundabout of all places. I think it was just rust on the selector drum shaft where the bike has been stood for 5 weeks, I did an oil change before I parked it up with the engine hot, so I assume thats what it was because no oil had been circulated since. Felt good to be out blowing the slow speed cobwebs away
