Fitting carbon goods

    So my carbon frame and swing arm protectors turned up today, so just need to get round to fitting them.

    My question is, what are people recommending to fit them, silicone adhesive or 3m high performance double sided tape.
    And any advice of fitting them?

    3m tape works great! just make sure surface is clean
