After Having the bike for over a year it developed a noise thinking it was cam chain had that replaced with new tensioner as well that didn’t solve the noise it was coming from the right hand side clutch side of the engine after going out one evening she started playing up and felt like slipping teeth or gears inside which made me take and strip the bike down and finding the problem…… free bolts holding a plate that holds the bearings in to the final drive shaft was not in place and found them in the oil pan.. Which give the shaft a little bit of play with the bearing And causing the transmission plate Casing to shatter in half causing gears grinding ………

Was it like that when you bought it?
I wonder what caused the initial problem

When test on a test ride I hit a false neutral in fourth gear a few times mentioned it to the shop and they said it might have been just me where I haven’t ridden in a long time so I took it on the chin and purchased the bike developed a little bit of a rattle I’ve sent it back to the shop on the warranty and they replaced the chain tension guide but there is still a slight rattle/knocking then over the few months I’ve not riding it very much it got a hell of a lot worse and on a journey back from around 50 miles away whilst riding it accelerating the clutch would pull itself in something that I’ve never experienced on a bike before and don’t know why or how that is possible so decided to tear it down And found the internal problem

I'm guessing you aren't new to stripping gearboxes down. You must have a well thumbed Haynes manual by now, with oily pages. :)

It’s the first one I’ve ever done but it was fairly straightforward and bought a brand-new haynes manual LOL
