I have a day off on Friday and looking at the weather forecast, it's supposed to be nice but not as hot as it has been some days. Anyone else from the Bracknell area fancy a ride out on Friday, perhaps to the coast for ice creams or something? Could leave sometime in the morning and come back late afternoon? S

well, i am off on friday..... but unfortunately i have to spend best part of the day on a motorway safety course after an observant unmarked traffic officer objected to me overtaking a couple of traffics to get into a filter lane for the services! he thought (his words) "you were going to snot past all them cars on the inside"...... & when i explained, 'no, i passed them safely and entered the exit slipway in front of them, rather than try to force my way inbetween them or brake & hold up the traffic behind me'..... he decided i would benefit from attending his course to the tune of £80, plus a lost day's work :/
Petey_H and I are meeting up shortly for a little blast for a couple of hours. Looking forward to seeing his new bike, never did know whether he bought the 09 HRC or went for the 12 bike in the end. I am sure all will be revealed shortly! Apologies to those of you stuck at work!
Well, Pete and I met up earlier at lunchtime, had a nice blast down to Alton and then back via Basingstoke. It was lovely and sunny, really enjoyed it! Brilliant day off in the sunshine S
I'm from the Camberley area (without wishing to be too specific online). Wouldn't say it's a regular ride, just Petey_H suggested I lead and that was the route I took. Deliberated between Alton and going to Loomies, Alton won it as we were short of time. If we'd had more time, I really fancied a day of it and a trip to the coast - maybe next time!
