But buy a new Ducati and they are giving away new suits as an incentive. Shame the duckers break down so much (and I’m not correcting the spell check)
I don’t really think there’s much in it nowadays with any of today’s bikes I’ve had plenty of problems with BMW bikes and cars, it’s how the problems are dealt with that matter to me and on past experience Honda have been the worst.
Just got rid of my Ducati for the SP2, otherwise I could have put on a few llb's to fit in a 56".. Mind you I do still have the Arai RX7 1299 V2, gloves and Superleggera boots.. Has LRJimmy quotes Ducati's brake down too much, worked it out roughly in under 3 years ownership £11000 in warranty on my old 1299, and £5000 in July of this year.. it had to go !
^^^ Why is this a recurring story with Ducati? I know we hear only of problems on forums, but frig me, these bikes seem to be plagued with problems! At least - it would appear - that the 'spontaneous combustion' issue has been resolved. MV Agusta is in a similar situation with its F3. I read of many clutch problems and replacement and continued electrical probs. One would just expect that with so much invested in research and development that company's final products should be flawless, OR, if a problem did surface, it could/would be resolved without further issues in production.
I called Craig's Honda today they had a 19plate 200 mile V4s for 19k that I was very interested in still had 19mths warrenty left but it had sold ...are the v4s bad as well then...
V4s awesome as it is is probably the most unreliable bike on the market, numerous recalls and faults !
