Will be mate but i may invest in a track fairing beforehand, although have to say i have always tracked my roadbikes in stock road trim.

Its quite nice to stick one over the dedicated trackdayers with their trackbikes, tyre warmers and all the kit (i am only jealous lol)

1st time i have ridden a 1000cc blade and have to got say its a very nice piece of kit pulls a lot more than my R1 did in the lower rev range.

This is the 1st bike i have had with aftermarket rearsets and tbh on the ride home i didnt find them to comfortable and also a little clunky on gear changes. My previous experience of Honda gearboxes (the Blackbird) have been that they were very smooth so this did shock me a little

Strange. My gearbox feels mint. Even better feel with rearsets.

Maybe check your chain and also the Rose joints on the shift rod. The pivot arm should be at 90degrees to the rod so you may need to turn it one or two splints in the shaft

Only thing I find with rearsets is they get vibey on the exhaust side. My R6 was the same with the can mounted on the foot peg hanger

Funny you should mention the vibration because i was feeling that a bit through the right rearset and also a little in the right clip on as well. Nothing drastic just a bit of a tingle.

my right clip on seems to tingle a bit too

took the front wheel back to get checked for ballance and it was ok so dont know what that is

as for the rearset i put a rubber washer (like a washer machine gasket) between the hanger and exhaust and it reduced the vibration thru the pegs alot
