What terrible luck mate, hope it all heals well. I'm at Center Parcs this week then off for a fortnight,if you're bored shitless being stuck in the house gives a shout and me and the wee man will come down and take you out for a coffee.
As long as you can manage the toilet by yourself,I draw the line at that:D

I can get a limitless supply of continance pads! ;) I do have problems with wiping but that won't trouble you Ross, you should be used to nappies by now! So we're good to go mate :D

Feck me, Trev mate, who the hell did you piss off to warrant all that. So sorry to hear it and suitably wincing at your X-ray.

Jeanette has asked "how's the bike".

GWS mate. Take solace in the fact that they say there are two types of bikers, those that have crashed and those that have yet to crash.

So what did they do? Well they took the bandages off, removed my staples put a two big plasters one where the bones came through and one where they splayed my arm open to fit the metal work! And sent me home  no plaster cast or any protection! Just feck off ya big Jessie take yer plasters of in couple of days and let the air get too it!

You'll be fine mate. All plated up is the quickest way to recovery.

Now go grab that 30kg dumbbell and start doing some bicep curls ;)
