Helmet d rings

I have just bought a Schuberth lid. But it's got quite a large buckle and I'm not used to it. It's a lovely helmet but the clips annoying me. Can I change it over to d rings. Has anyone done this before

Never heard of people swapping them. Am sure it would void the warranty though.

 

I know you can buy kits to change from D's to buckle but never heard of it being done the other way.
As above I reckon you'd invalidate any warranty on the lid as well.

I wear a schuberth for work with the buckle fastening and an arai with d's for my own, it's just a question of getting used to the different fittings really, once you get the buckle straps at the correct fastening length so you can just pop it in and out of the ratchet lock it's easy enough.

 

oh maybe il keep trying then , shame cause its a really comfy lid apart from that
